This will serve to notify all Committee members of the fourth quarterly meeting for 2005 of the National Maintenance Agreements Labor-Management Policy Committee, Inc. This meeting will be held at The Washington Court Hotel, 525 New Jersey Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20001. The Committee will meet on Thursday, October 27, 2005 from 8:00 AM 5:00 PM and Friday, October 28, 2005 from 8:00 AM early afternoon.

Separate meetings are scheduled for the Labor Committee and the Management Committee on Wednesday afternoon, October 26, 2005 at The Washington Court Hotel from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

In addition, a dinner will be held for all Committee Representatives on the evening of Wednesday, October 26, 2005 at Charlie Palmer Steak Restaurant, and on Thursday, October 27, 2005 the NMAPC Zero Injury Safety Awards Dinner will be held at The Washington Court Hotel, cocktails at 6:30 PM and dinner at 7:30 PM.

The cut-off date for all sleeping room request is Monday, September 26, 2005. Rooms are limited, therefore if you require a sleeping room, we urge you to register as soon as possible.

An ELECTRONIC COPY of the NMAPC Labor-Management Committee MEETING PACKET will be made available to all committee representatives before the 2005 October meeting. This will be the only meeting packet you will receive, unless you notify our office and request a printed copy.

Remember no shows or hotel reservations cancelled after 24 hours of arrival date will be billed for the first night's room and tax. All rooms will be returned to hotel inventory with rooms subject to availability.
